Tuesday Training
Probably the last serious session prior to the London Marathon was actually quite brutal – 600m, 1800m, 600m, 1800m, 600m at 5k pace. Tough to keep 5k pace when the total distance is >5k and none of your regular training partners are there. But nevertheless managed to keep close to if not actually at 4min/km – my target for 2013 is to beat 20 min for 5k. Some chance !
