Friday – Should have been Thursday
Snow and generally ultra-wintry conditions (for April) gave me the excuse to wimp out of a Thursday run so I had no excuse today.
6km round the park in ~ 28 minutes – not too long due to the first of the Regents Park 10k Summer Series being on Sunday. Met a QP Harrier running with her dog whom I had not seen switching to Tuesday training at Paddington : She, a sub 3 hour marathon runner, has taken to Triathlon and claimed to be envious of those running London Marathon. In her case, envy was genuine but others ? Well ….
