Tuesday – Not a day for good news for Marathon Runners

Tragic day in Boston – the lack of any terrorist organisation claiming responsibility suggest that it was a US domestic incident. Let’s hope so for London.
Last run for me – 25 minute jog round the park : 5k in just over 25 mins..
