Back to 2014 Marathons

Just because this is the first post for some months doesn’t mean that I haven’t been running. I have been training since September/October last year following an operation.

Currently doing 3 sessions a week with 2 during the week with the Serpentine Running Club (Track & Hill sessions) with long runs of 18+ miles at the weekend.

I have places on 3 marathons in the first half of the year (listed on this page) and have just setup up my Virgin Money Giving page for the London Marathon. as with previous years, Its for the MS Trust so come on a donate @
